Aline Fiorini

Languages Spoken: Portuguese, Spanish, and English

Aline holds a Bachelors (Hons) Degree in Business Management from Kingston University in London, UK. She has been working in recruitment since 2007, specializing in several technical industries, such as: Oil & Gas, renewable energy, waste management, industrial, civil construction and IT. She moved to Dubai in 2011, and, in early 2015, launched Tapetalent. She thought that something was missing in the recruitment process and felt that the recruitment industry failed to take advantage of today's technology to showcase candidates.

"Tapetalent has been created to challenge the way recruitment has always been done. It is impossible to demonstrate a candidate's true potential through a piece of paper (CV). This is why, we at Tapetalent, go a step further and send video interviews of each candidate to our clients. We also provide an online dashboard to our clients where they can compare all the candidates we have submitted in one place. Tapetalent is more than a recruitment agency. We provide expert consultancy to our clients during the recruitment process and on larger hiring projects." - Aline Fiorini

A CIPD qualified Human Resources professional, with a career spanning more than 12 years in recruitment, covering different jurisdictions and fields. Prior to joining the Tapetalent team, Nathalie worked at Linkk Search and Consultancy in Dubai, as a Senior Recruiter and HR Advisor to the legal industry. She previously worked in London for Palm International Consulting Ltd as a Junior Researcher and Recruiter, covering France and the Middle East, as well as UK. Whilst in this position, she was cited in the 'Who's Who Britain Business Elite 2008 - Young Business Leaders'. Nathalie has always enjoyed adding value to the recruitment process, in particular in making it a pleasant and rewarding experience for both clients and candidates.

"In the Middle East, due to the ever-changing expat community, it is often hard to retain talent over a long period of time. Succession plans need to be in place, and when they are not, the urgency in filling a vacancy can become vital to the business. Having enhanced tools to support the client and facilitate the recruitment process offers a significant advantage, and one which I relish. Clients and candidates see me as a Trusted Advisor, passionate about my job. I now bring this passion to Tapetalent." - Nathalie Cooper

Shaneen Whitehead

(South African)
Languages Spoken: English and Afrikaans

Shaneen comes from a hospitality background, where she worked at Ramusake, Mahiki Group and CUT by Wolfgang Puck, The Address Downtown. She joined Tapetalent in August 2017 to take charge of delivery for our hospitality clients. Shortly after that, she successfully acquired clients not only in hospitality but also in the events and construction industries where she prides herself for having successfully placed highly qualified office support roles, such as: HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Admin and Engineers.

"I love to listen to people and understand their needs. I watched for many years how my colleagues and I job hunted, how many positions we applied for, how many interviews we went for and, to this day, have never received feedback. I wanted to get into recruitment to create a change, and, as personal and thoughtful as my service in the restaurant was, I wanted to create the same in recruitment. I wanted to give clients and candidates that WOW service that they could, once again, enjoy something that is already difficult to do, look for a job or look for the right candidate. Recruitment, just as hospitality is, it's the business of people, it's about connecting people, serving them and creating a memorable experience with them that could ultimately change their lives." - Shaneen Whitehead
