Aline holds a Bachelors (Hons) Degree in Business Management from Kingston University in London, UK. She has been working in recruitment since 2007, specializing in several technical industries, such as: Oil & Gas, renewable energy, waste management, industrial, civil construction and IT. She moved to Dubai in 2011, and, in early 2015, launched Tapetalent. She thought that something was missing in the recruitment process and felt that the recruitment industry failed to take advantage of today's technology to showcase candidates.

A CIPD qualified Human Resources professional, with a career spanning more than 12 years in recruitment, covering different jurisdictions and fields. Prior to joining the Tapetalent team, Nathalie worked at Linkk Search and Consultancy in Dubai, as a Senior Recruiter and HR Advisor to the legal industry. She previously worked in London for Palm International Consulting Ltd as a Junior Researcher and Recruiter, covering France and the Middle East, as well as UK. Whilst in this position, she was cited in the 'Who's Who Britain Business Elite 2008 - Young Business Leaders'. Nathalie has always enjoyed adding value to the recruitment process, in particular in making it a pleasant and rewarding experience for both clients and candidates.

Marie holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from HEC Montreal in Canada and joined Tapetalent as a 360 Recruitment Manager in early 2017, to manage the hospitality desk. She has a vast experience in different functions within large hotels such as Sofitel The Palm (Groups Sales Assistant Manager) and Atlantis (Employee Relations). She then moved to the corporate side by working as a HR Business Partner for Careem, which was still at start-up stage. This broad experience within various functions has led her to understand recruitment needs from within and apply her sales skills to manage client relationships in the best possible way. At Tapetalent, she takes care of the recruitment cycle within the hospitality sector from A to Z: business development, account management & contracts negotiation, delivery of candidates and closing deals with our clients.

Francois role at Tapetalent is to find the perfect match for our clients through referrals, head hunting and use of the Tapetalent database.

Shaneen comes from a hospitality background, where she worked at Ramusake, Mahiki Group and CUT by Wolfgang Puck, The Address Downtown. She joined Tapetalent in August 2017 to take charge of delivery for our hospitality clients. Shortly after that, she successfully acquired clients not only in hospitality but also in the events and construction industries where she prides herself for having successfully placed highly qualified office support roles, such as: HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Admin and Engineers.
